Return Policy for College and Technical School Bookstores:
Overstocked books that comply with the conditions listed below can be returned for a refund. Phone, fax, or email IPT to request a return authorization form, or use your own form. The invoice number, invoice date, as well as the book title and number of books must be included. USA bookstores please mark the box “Canadian goods returned to Canada”.
1. Books must be in original condition, and with no bookstore price stickers or sticker residue.
2. Books must be returned within six months of purchase.
3. A 20% restocking charge will apply. |
